At the start the 12th edition of SUONINCAVA

From 16 to 19 August 2011, Apricena will host the twelfth edition of Suonincava in the splendid setting of the Pizzicoli Stone Quarry. August 16th the APRÈS THE CLASS, August 17th the Modena City Ramblers, August 18th the INCOGNITO and the grand finale on August 19th with the MATT BIANCO.

APRICENA - SuonInCava back again this year, from 16 to 19 August in the Pizzicoli Quarry of Apricena. The music kermesse, adherent to the 5FSS Consortium (System Five Festival South - consortium for the promotion of the cultural quality of the territory, at the third year of operation in the province of Foggia) is supported primarily by the Region Apulia, by the ERDF funding and has the support of Puglia Sounds.

For the twelfth consecutive year, SuonInCava will be one of the most anticipated summer events. This year once again an active stone quarry will be the natural setting where national and international artists will perform. Four nights of concerts from different musical genres as British soul-pop-jazz, acid-jazz, ska and patchanka, folk-rock.

The artists this year include: August 16th the APRÈS LA CLASSE, August 17th the Modena City Ramblers and their combat folk, August 18th the INCOGNITO with their acid-jazz sound and a grand finale on August 19th with the MATT BIANCO.

Today SuonInCava is one of the most important events of Apulia thanks to the passion of many people who are committed every year for the success of the event but above all thanks to the renewed commitment of the institutions.

It is a major musical event, with great music and a large audience, all in a natural and fascinating location as an active quarry.
